Personally identifiable information is not released to outside parties except as set forth in this Privacy Statement unless required by law or legal process. Any consent to use form on file will be in addition to this form. (for example, subpoena). Fast Cash / Express Tax Place reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances (such as suspected illegal activity) on a case-by case basis. Any information we’ve received from you will be treated as confidential and is subject to disclosure by us only at your written request, or when required by law or regulatory matters. While Fast Cash / Express Tax Place provides significant measures to protect the privacy and confidentiality of information, the customer is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of the information provided and protecting the confidentiality of all tax return information originating from the tax interview.
Fast Cash / Express Tax Place will not disclose confidential information to you over the phone. Photocopies of your tax information are available upon request to the Primary and Secondary Taxpayers as they appear on the tax return. The Primary or Secondary Taxpayer must provide the Agent with appropriate I. D. before copies or information will be provided.
